OUTREACH DRAFTS & CALL GUIDE · PREPARATION ONLY
A clear first conversation.
Draft language for the sequence mentor review, then Clemson Extension guidance, then an HOA proposal. No messages have been sent and no calls have been made.
Before outreach
Confirm the recipient's public role and contact information. Share only the public mission and pilot brief. Do not send resident requests, photographs, private contact details, or language that suggests approval, funding, partnership, or results.
Mentor request
Request candid feedback on governance, board independence, insurance and safety, volunteer and paid-work roles, conflict-of-interest separation, and a realistic pilot budget. Ask for a short meeting and a review of the mission and pilot brief; do not ask the mentor to approve a finished plan.
Clemson Extension request
After mentor input, ask the Horry County office for educational guidance or a referral concerning sustainable landscaping, soil and water stewardship, garden feasibility, and practical learning events. Do not represent a site, program, or partnership as approved.
HOA call guide
Open by explaining that Amini Amor is exploring, not launching, a limited 90-day proposal. Ask who may consider it and what permissions, insurance, resident consent, property rules, communications review, supervision, and stop or exit plan would be required. Close by requesting written requirements and a proper liaison; do not represent approval or begin activity.
After the conversation
Record recommendations, requirements, referrals, and the agreed next step. Send a factual thank-you note for confirmation. A conversation does not establish a partnership, authorization, or endorsement.
