Your story belongs to you. Asking for help is not permission to make it public.
What this site collects
Forms ask for information relevant to a request, volunteer interest, idea, survey, garden interest, or message. Contact is optional for ideas; Community Pulse asks for no name or contact details. Leave out medical history, financial details, and information about other people.
Private by default
Submissions are saved with a private status. There is no public submission feed or record-reading API. Consent choices are recorded with the notice version. Selecting “ask me about sharing later” does not permit publication.
Separate permission for publication
No name, testimonial, quote, photograph, or recording may be published without explicit separate permission. Photo uploads are not available in this version.
Current stage and storage
Public intake is not open yet. Private storage and operating arrangements must be approved before real collection. Before real collection opens, the organization must approve responsible contacts, retention, hosting, and operational safeguards.
Contact and follow-up
Follow-up permission is separate from processing. Declining it may prevent coordination of assistance. We do not sell submissions or automatically share them with MondeVert or another business. MVAA collaboration does not grant access to your information.
Cookies and analytics
No third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies are included. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs; deployment review must confirm their handling. Application intake error logs do not include submission content.
Corrections or withdrawal
Use the contact form and select “Privacy request” once live intake opens. During preview, contact the person who shared it with you; preview forms are not monitored. A verified privacy contact and retention schedule are required before public collection.
