Call opening: Thank you for taking the time. I am Shane Donovan, founder of Amini Amor. We are exploring, not launching, a limited 90-day Community Stewardship proposal for Meridian/Summit. Before developing a proposal, I want to understand the association's process and concerns.

Ask: Who is authorized to consider a proposal? What board review, insurance, resident or property consent, contractor rules, tool restrictions, common-area permissions, communications review, supervision, and stop or exit procedure would be required? Are there existing initiatives or restrictions we should understand?
