HELP US ASK BETTER QUESTIONS

Your experience can make the pilot better.

Please review the mission and pilot brief, then help us identify the most important changes before approaching Clemson Extension and the HOA.

01

1. Is the scope realistic?

Which proposed activities should be included, deferred, or removed from a first 90-day pilot? What is the smallest useful demonstration?

02

2. What needs to be resolved first?

What governance, volunteer coordination, safety, insurance, privacy, or resource questions should be answered before resident participation begins? Please distinguish required safeguards from later improvements.

03

3. What should we learn?

Which few measures would help us judge feasibility and usefulness without overstating a small pilot's results? What would make you recommend continuing, changing, or stopping?

04

4. Who should we speak with?

Which Clemson Extension program or local educator fits the educational goals? Who at the HOA is authorized to discuss a pilot and its approval process?

05

5. What are the next three actions?

Please suggest three specific actions, their order, and any introductions or resources you are willing to offer. Our proposed sequence is mentor review, then Clemson Extension guidance, then an HOA proposal. Feedback is guidance, not an implied partnership or approval.
